Type-Moon Latest Work Will Get An Anime Adaptation

428〜封鎖された渋谷で〜 / 428 – Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de - (428 – In Blockaded Shibuya)’s bonus material, which was handled by Type-Moon was annouced to have an anime adaptation in the latest NewType magazine. Developed by Sega and Chunsoft for the Wiiiiiiii, this is a visualsound novel but instead of using the old school style of 2D drawings, it would use photos instead.

Interestingly, Type-Moon only did an extra scenario for the game, and yet it was deemed good enough to warrant an anime adaptation on it’s own. The anime is still in planning stages, and yet to be named or even if it’s going to be a series or just an OVA to promote the game. Whichever it would be, with the popularity of Type-Moon on the rise with the release of “Kara no Kyoukai” (Garden of Sinners) movies, this would certainly do the game no harm at all in term of publicity.
