Aaanyways, this is actually a technology that Microsoft, or more specifically Phd student Scott Samponas and some other Microsoft Research workers. This technology gives you the ability to control your PC without the use of your hands fingers, as it receives instruction directly from your muscle.

And in true geek fashion, how else would you demonstrate it other than using Guitar Hero as your weapon of choice.
