Nanae Chrono’s Peace Maker Kurogane manga series has been given the go ahead to be adapted into a live action drama. The drama will premiere in January 2010, preceeding a stage show adaptation of the series.
The story revolves around 15 year old Tetsunosuke Ichimura and his strive to join the Shinsengumi group during the Ishin Shihi era. Open casting are now held for all the parts, to which all the cast members will be then given the chance of being the basis of the stage group.
