Comic Market, or more known throughout the world as Comiket is an event that is held twice a year in Japan where aspiring artist as well as well established ones converge to the Tokyo Big Sight convention centre in Ariake to sell their works. We were lucky to visit the 83rd edition of this event. [...] 
We would like to express our condolence to the death of Datuk Temenggong Kanang anak Langkau who died yesterday. Kanang was former Ranger in the Malaysian Army and had fought the communist. He will always be regarded as a national hero, and someone that I always looked up to. 
Managed to visit the Odaiba Gundam yesterday. Situated at the Diver City mall, this colossal 1:1 Gundam model is based upon the original RX-78-2 which was made famous in the original Gundam anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam (Kidou Senshi Gundam) [...]

The latest Rebuild of Evangelion movie has exceeded expectation, even with lower than expected reviews from viewers. As of today, 4 days after the initial airing (17th of November 2012), a total of 1 Million viewers have watched the movies in cinema, raking in around 1.5 Billion yen in sales. If you guys missed the recent Anime Festival Asia, and despaired the thought that you can’t watch the Day 1 Watanabe Shinichiro Panel and Day 2 Kamiyama Kenji Panel, we have recorded it for your viewing pleasure! Sometimes, the simplest things can be the funniest, and indeed, this is funny. We found these posters of Malay movie adaptation of popular Japanese animes on facebook, and we must say, we are actually looking forward to watching some, if not all of them for real [...] During Anime Festival Asia 2012, I was invited by the organiser as well as Production IG for a preview screening of Kamiyama Kenji’s latest full length animation film, RE: Cyborg009. If you felt that the title is familiar, this is because it’s a remake of an old Ishinomori Shotaro’s (of Kamen Rider fame) manga title. Done in full CG with the help of Studio Sanzigen, did Kamiyama-san did justice to this title with this adaptation? Read on then. [...] 
I rarely blog now, let alone blog about an anime series. But somehow, I felt compelled to write something about this series after it ended last Sunday. Why you might ask? Well why not? But the real reason might be that for a long time, it’s a series that I watched because I genuinely was interested in it, rather than watching just to watch some other generic shit that is puked out from some Japanese animation studio where I just mindlessly let it play in the background while doing work or other stuffs.
