Considering that this was a really low hyped series before the summer season began, it had taken people by surprise and quickly gained a foothold in the moe infested and diluted anime industry of Japan. Fujoshi, sometimes I wonder what goes inside their head
You might wonder why I am talking about Fujoshis. When talking about male otakus, some are seen in a bad light. Being too passinate and stuff according to some people. But from what I’ve seen, fujoshi’s are not different either.
For those n00bs, Fujoshi refers to extreme female otakus. You know, the one that pairs up male with male, makes up these yaoi doujins/fanfic, and can never get it in their head that blood is not a lubricant for anaru. Awesome illustrator Mikimoto Haruhiko who created characters for Macross (SDF), Gundam 0080 and Aim for the Top! Gunbuster, just to name a few, would be the illustrator for the upcoming manga that would be searilised in Kadokawa Shoten’s Macross Ace. The manga, which is titled “Super Dimension Macross The First” and was announced in their Monthly Shonen Ace. The magazine, which would debut at January 26 2009 would carry the first 80 pages of this manga.
