Cute right? This is the new Nendoroid Petit Vocaloid version by Good Smile Company, due this December. There will be 11 figurines, and 1 secret design, making it 12 in all. Usually you have to randomly choose the box and hope that you get what you want. But that’s easier said than done

Hachune Miku to be Launched

Hachune Miku, the Super Deformed version of popular Vocaloid idol Hatsune Miku, will be launched in a rocket from Nevada this month. The project is handled by Social Media Satellite Development Project (SOMESAT, formerly HAXA), of whom all the members met on the Nico Nico Douga video sharing website, famous for popularising Hatsune Miku in the first place

The rocket, along with the figurine is taking part in the eXtreme Performance Rocket Ships (XPRS) contest, held by NASA in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada from September 18th to the 21st. Somesat’s aim is to launch Hachune Miku into space, but not at this contest as their target there is just 2km
