The Zebra was referring to a movie by Takashi Miike, it itself is a parody dark humour decipting a failing school teacher who dressed up as an old super sentai hero, Zebraman. The latest news is that the new Kamen Rider movie will have Kamen Rider Decade traveling back to the Shôwa era to help the riders there. Stringing along are the Heisei Kamen Riders, but unclear if they are the originals or just the cards that he collected along his adventure.
As you can see, the villains are all from the original Kamen Rider series, which would include the notorious Shocker organisation, the same one that turned Hongo Takeshi and Ichimonji Hayato into Kamen Rider 1 and 2 respectively. Along with them are also the Heisei era villains. Read moar...
