A man has been arrested for plotting to bomb the house of the characters of Lucky Star, formerly the home of the manga’s creator Kagami Yoshimizu, but was apprehended by police before causing any harm.
Saitama police arrested the unemployed man (22) in Satte City after he sent a letter proclaiming:
“I’m going to go and blow up the building with the recreated Lucky Star heroine’s room in it.†Read moar...
Seems that Japanese credit card company Orico has struck a deal with Yoshimizu Kagami on releasing a Lucky Star themed credit card. The application AND the design will open in May tho, so we have to wait to see what it will look like. Oh well, a Kagamin is fine too.

The original Tsundere queen
I was lurking on Sankaku when I saw the Megami character ranking of 2008. Fair enough, some of the results were expected, altho Konata beating Kagamin is mightily debatable. But the one that I was surprised was the Tsundere ranking.
