Salam Aidil Adha

Bakemonogatari, of Ghost, Stories, and Human Nature

So it finally ends. Not counting the upcoming web episodes, Bakemonogatari has finished it’s run after 12 episodes. It was a nice ride throughout the season. As a Shaft and Shinbo created anime, it was expected to be full of weird ideas and story, but even I have no idea how good it turned out to be in the end. So good in fact that it was the only anime series this season that I ACTUALLY watched instead of going to some review sites to read the spoilers. It has it’s own charms that somehow was quite refreshing in the days of recycled, diluted, one genre for all anime that have plauged the industry in the past few years.
